Met zijn bende heeft hij de Nationale Bank gekraakt. Maar net nadat Frank en zijn handlangers uit de bank zijn gevlucht, worden alle getuigen van hun roof ge\u00ebxecuteerd door een moordcommando. Een van de slachtoffers is een magistraat die onderzoek voerde naar een politieke affaire. Dertig jaar na de feiten slaan de dolle moordenaars opnieuw toe. Of dat is toch wat sommigen laten uitschijnen.
