Nu ze geselecteerd zijn voor het Brussels Short Film Festival is het misschien het juiste moment om Boris Kuijpers<\/strong> en Ruth Mellaerts<\/strong> even aan het woord te laten. We spraken hen in Leuven, toen ze net zowat alles hadden gewonnen wat er te winnen viel op het Internationaal kortfilmfestival van Leuven : de prijs van de jury, de publieksprijs, de Humo Award en dan nog een eervolle vermelding van de persjury bovenop.<\/p>\n

Hun film gaat over een 50-jarige zakenman. Hij heeft een uitdagende baan, een kleurrijke collectie van stropdassen en een fonkelnieuw appartement. Op een dag, als er scheuren ontstaan in de perfecte muren van zijn huis, verliest Hans langzaam de controle over zijn schijnbaar perfecte leventje. De hoofdrol wordt gespeeld door Peter De Graef<\/strong> en verder zie je ook Maaike Cafmeyer<\/strong>, Louis Talpe<\/strong>, Astrid Ogiers<\/strong>, Leslie Maes<\/strong> en Hiroshi Wakamatsu<\/strong> aan het werk. \u00a0‘Allegory of the Jam Jar’ is een productie van Hendrik Verth\u00e9<\/strong> voor ‘a team productions’.<\/p>\n

Intussen won hun film ook de Juryprijs op de Leiden International Short Film Experience.<\/p>\n
