De film, gebaseerd op een artikel in het &#8216;ESPN The Magazine&#8217; draait rond een wedstrijd-fixing schandaal dat de voetbalwereld op zijn kop zette. <strong>Peter Chernin<\/strong>, o.a. bekend als producent van <strong>Micha\u00ebl R. Roskam<\/strong>s <em>&#8216;The Drop&#8217;<\/em> en van de recente <em>&#8216;Planet of the Apes&#8217;<\/em>-films, produceert de film.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Voor Fox is &#8216;The Big Fix&#8217; een uitermate belangrijk project. <strong>Rupert Murdoch<\/strong>, de eigenaar van de Studio, maakte van het Fox Soccer Channel een van de meest succesvolle zenders.
