Lees dan snel verder.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Functieomschrijving Productie-assistent (m\/v\/x)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Je verwerft een inhoudelijke kennis van de projecten en maakt samen met onze Development Producer subsidiedossiers op, dient ze tijdig in en doet de nodige administratieve opvolging.<\/li>\n<li>Je ondersteunt onze Head of Production bij de dagelijkse opvolging van lopende projecten:\n<ul>\n<li>Voorbereiden van vergaderingen, rapporteringen, planningen en productiedocumentatie.<\/li>\n<li>Je staat in voor een vlotte informatiestroom tussen interne en externe medewerkers en partners.<\/li>\n<li>Mede invullen van operationele &amp; logistieke noden van productieploegen.<\/li>\n<li>Deadlines, generieken, deliverables: je volgt het allemaal nauwgezet op.<\/li>\n<li>Toezien op een correcte en volledige archivering van productiegerelateerde documenten en materialen bij de afronding van elk project.<\/li>\n<li>Bij deelname aan festivals of bij premi\u00e8res zorg jij ervoor dat alle logistiek hierrond feilloos geregeld is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor algemene production office-vragen.<\/li>\n<li>Je neemt de interne communicatie voor je rekening, zodat alle entiteiten binnen Lumi\u00e8re steeds op de hoogte zijn van het reilen en zeilen binnen productie, dit mede door het organiseren en opvolgen van productievergaderingen en verspreiden van verslagen en relevante documentatie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Profiel<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>MS Office kent nog weinig geheimen voor jou, en je kan je uit de slag trekken met basic lay-out programma\u2019s om zo de huisstijl te bewaken.<\/li>\n<li>Je hebt al een eerste, relevante werkervaring achter de rug.<\/li>\n<li>Je bent hands-on en proactief; een organisatorisch sterke all-rounder die probleemloos prioriteiten kan stellen en graag initiatief neemt.<\/li>\n<li>Jij bent van nature uit erg communicatief en in gezonde mate assertief, je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.<\/li>\n<li>Nauwkeurig, correct en gestructureerd werken is voor jou een evidentie.<\/li>\n<li>Rijbewijs B<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Aanbod<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Een voltijdse betrekking met een competitief remuneratiepakket, inclusief extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, 13e maand, hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering, enz&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Een flexibele bedrijfscultuur met glijdende uren.<\/li>\n<li>Werken in en met een dynamisch team.<\/li>\n<li>Een plekje op het gezelligste kantoor van Gent, op wandelafstand van het Sint-Pietersstation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interesse?
