Hij studeerde in 2017 af aan KASK in Gent met\u00a0<em>Trust Issues<\/em>, dat geselecteerd werd\u00a0voor het International Film Festival van Rotterdam. In zijn werk, dat zich situeert tussen\u00a0animatie en beeldende kunst, onderzoekt hij thema&#8217;s als\u00a0overleven, identiteit, relaties en trauma.<\/p>\n<p>In de film woont\u00a0een oudere vrouw in een afgelegen 19de-eeuws dorpje samen met haar volwassen zoon. Wanneer de zoon na een dronken incident verdwijnt, zoekt de moeder heel het dorp af, zonder succes. Als de duivel plots in het dorp aankomt, breekt de hel pas echt los. <em>Melk <\/em>gaat over familiebanden en de destructieve gevolgen die ze kunnen hebben.<\/p>\n<p>De film is geschreven en geregisseerd door Filip Anthonissen. De productie is in handen van Brecht Van Elslande voor Animal Tank en kreeg\u00a0de steun van het VAF\/Filmfonds.
