De Nederlandse filmmaker <strong data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1392\">Victoria Warmerdam<\/strong>, festivalveteraan en recent Oscarwinnaar, wordt gevierd als <strong data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1472\">Artist in Focus<\/strong>. Daarnaast keert <strong data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1508\">Douwe Dijkstra<\/strong> terug naar Leuven met een masterclass en een openluchtinstallatie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1577\" data-end=\"1654\">Ook het Nederlandse festival <strong data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1618\">Go Short<\/strong> is aanwezig met twee programma\u2019s.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"2009\">\n<li data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1819\">\n<p data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1819\"><strong data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1674\">Go Short Docs<\/strong> brengt films over liefde die online bleef hangen, verzwegen familieverhalen en de impact van geopolitieke realiteiten op het dagelijkse leven.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"2009\">\n<p data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"2009\"><strong data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1840\">Go Short Youth<\/strong> presenteert een mix van animatie en liveaction, met verhalen over opgroeien, jong zijn, liefde binnen een jeugdgevangenis en uitstelgedrag dat culinaire gevolgen heeft.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2049\">Militante Cinema: film als verzet<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2232\">Onder de noemer <strong data-start=\"2066\" data-end=\"2086\">Militante Cinema<\/strong> presenteert het festival twee programma\u2019s: de anthologiefilm <strong data-start=\"2148\" data-end=\"2168\">From Ground Zero<\/strong> en <strong data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2195\">Reclaiming Archives<\/strong>, een samenwerking met Kortfilm.be.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2550\">\n<li data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2379\">\n<p data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2379\"><em data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2253\">From Ground Zero<\/em> combineert fictie, documentaire en animatie om verschillende perspectieven op de actuele situatie in Gaza samen te brengen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2380\" data-end=\"2550\">\n<p data-start=\"2382\" data-end=\"2550\"><em data-start=\"2382\" data-end=\"2403\">Reclaiming Archives<\/em> zet archiefmateriaal in als vorm van filmisch verzet.
