Hij is de enige Vlaming in deze categorie. In &#8216;Gestolen Leven&#8217; volgt Daniel Lambo enkele vrouwen die via internationale adoptie in een pleeggezin in Belgi\u00eb en Nederland zijn opgegroeid. Zij verkeerden in de waan dat ze wees waren, maar kwamen achteraf tot de ontdekking dat hun echte ouders nog wel leven. Illegale praktijken in het verre buitenland, waarbij kinderen onder valse voorwendselen werden ontvreemd van hun ouders en waar ook Vlaamse paters medeplichtig aan waren, worden genadeloos aan het daglicht gebracht.
