{"id":258699,"date":"2024-04-20T11:52:59","date_gmt":"2024-04-20T09:52:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovecinema.be\/?p=258699"},"modified":"2024-04-20T11:52:59","modified_gmt":"2024-04-20T09:52:59","slug":"50-000-bezoekers-voor-skunk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/welovecinema.be\/nl\/50-000-bezoekers-voor-skunk\/","title":{"rendered":"50.000 bezoekers voor &#8216;Skunk&#8217;!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sinds de release op 13 maart zijn al meer dan 50.000 Belgische bioscoopbezoekers naar &#8216;Skunk&#8217; gaan kijken.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Skunk&#8217;, de vierde speelfilm van Koen Mortier,\u00a0beleefde in november zijn\u00a0wereldpremi\u00e8re\u00a0op het Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival en won er de Prijs van de Jeugdjury.\u00a0De film ging in Belgische premi\u00e8re tijdens het Filmfestival van Oostende\u00a0en genoot de steun van de 1+1 actie van het VAF.<\/p>\n<p>De film staat nog steeds op het programma van de meeste bioscoopzalen en speelt nadien verder in een reeks culturele centra.<\/p>\n<p>Koen Mortier:\u00a0<em>&#8220;Ik ben ontzettend dankbaar dat het publiek &#8216;Skunk&#8217; omarmt. Daarom hebben we de film gemaakt: om iets te kunnen blootleggen dat anders diep verscholen of genegeerd blijft. Elk kind heeft een verhaal te vertellen en al meer dan 50.000 toeschouwers zagen het verhaal van Liam.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8216;Skunk&#8217; is g<\/em>ebaseerd op het\u00a0gelijknamige boek\u00a0van Geert Taghon over zijn jarenlange ervaringen in de forensische jeugdpsychiatrie. Koen\u00a0Mortier regisseerde de film en schreef ook het scenario.\u00a0Naast hoofdrolspeler Thibaud Dooms zijn er belangrijke bijrollen voor Dirk Roofthooft, Boris Van Severen, Natali Broods, Colin Van Eeckhout en Sarah Vandeursen.
