De reclamefilm werd geregisseerd door\u00a0<strong>Lionel Goldstein, <\/strong>het regisseursduo bestaande uit<strong>\u00a0CZAR <\/strong>oprichters <strong>Koen Mortier<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Ex-Drummer<\/em>, <em>Un Ange<\/em>) en <strong>Joe Vanhoutteghem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Equal Pay Day is de symbolische dag gewijd aan bewustmaking van de loonkloof tussen mannen en vrouwen.\u00a0Dit jaar was de boodschap dat je als vrouw niet tot je pensioen moet wachten om te bevallen. Het regisseursduo\u00a0vertaalde deze boodschap\u00a0in hun gekende humor naar een film\u00a0waarbij een vrouw zwanger blijft tot ze op pensioen gaat om dan te bevallen van een dertiger.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/394491557?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"618\" height=\"348\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Oscars van reclamewereld<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De Cannes Lions gelden als de oscars van de reclamewereld en bekronen jaarlijks de meest creatieve campagnes. Het festival in de Zuid-Franse badstad vond,\u00a0net zoals de vorige editie van de Cannes Lions, online plaats\u00a0van 21 tot 25 juni 2021.\u00a0Meer dan 29,074 deelnemers uit\u00a090\u00a0verschillende landen dongen mee naar een onderscheiding in de verschillende\u00a0categorie\u00ebn.\u00a0Ondanks dat de Equal Pay Day\u00a0film op\u00a0de\u00a0Belgische reclameprijzen\u00a0niet in de prijzen viel,\u00a0kon het\u00a0internationaal wel op erkenning rekenen.<\/p>\n<p>Voor Lionel Goldstein is dit de vierde gouden leeuw in Cannes in de categorie &#8216;Film&#8217;.\u00a0In totaal wonnen ze tot nu toe al\u00a0negen prijzen\u00a0op het reclamefestival. Ze\u00a0wonnen\u00a0eerder\u00a0met hun werk voor\u00a0Frisk in 2002 en voor Xbox Ear Tennis in 2003. Die laatste won naast een gouden leeuw in Cannes ook de Grand Prix op Eurobest. Als enigste Belgisch regisseursduo leveren ze al bijna 20 jaar creatief en gelauwerd werk.\u00a0Het productiehuis <a href=\"https:\/\/czar.be\">Czar<\/a> probeert zich sinds haar ontstaan vast te houden aan het principe om hun regisseurs te verdedigen in hun aanpak en productioneel alles uit de kast te blijven halen.<\/p>\n<p>Eerder deze week viel ook\u00a0<em>Porn re-enactment<\/em> voor Child Focus, in regie van <strong>Fien Troch <\/strong>(<em>Home<\/em>), in de prijzen op Cannes Lions.
