Na in de val te zijn gelopen door valse beloften van werk, herinnert Tania zich haar ontvoering en herinnert zich het geleidelijk verlies van haar identiteit. Terwijl ze haar verhaal vertelt aan een politieagent, voert de camera ons van de jungle naar de mijnstreek, tot in de bars waar de seksuele uitbuiting plaatsvindt.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>De landschappen van de Amazone, drijvende sloppenwijken en de jungle contrasteren met de duisternis van de geschiedenis, de armoede en de aangrijpende getuigenis van een jong meisje. Ondanks de fascinerende en po\u00ebtische beelden blijft de horror die Tania meemaakte nog lang nazinderen. Een ontroerende documentaire die een stem en een identiteit geeft aan iemand die haar naam had verloren.
