Ze had haar film niet zelf in gestuurd. Dat gebeurde door iemand van Sint-Lukas. Maar dat neemt niet weg dat ze heel blij is met de selectie.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #888888;\">In Leni Huyghe\u2019s\u00a0\u2018Matteus\u2019 (18 min) verhuizen Alice en Nico met hun zoontje Mateo naar het platteland. \u00a0De jongen begint zich al vlug heel veel te gedragen.\u00a0 Is het de schok van de verhuizing of heeft de kennismaking met de nieuwe bizarre buurman er iets mee te maken? In de hoofdrollen zien we\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Mateo Bal<\/span>,\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Dolores Bouckaert<\/span>,\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Arieh Worthalter<\/span>,<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Pieter Genard<\/span>,\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Seppe Cosyns<\/span>,\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Filip Vekemans<\/span>. De fotografie is van\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">David Williamson,<\/span> terwijl\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Tom Denoyette<\/span> voor de montage tekende. De muziek is afkomstig van\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Simon Hold<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Leni Huyghe won met haar eerste kortfilm\u00a0<em><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8216;St. James Infirmary&#8217; <\/span><\/em>al de debuutprijs in de Vlaamse Fictiecompetitie op\u00a0het Internationaal Kortfilmfestival van Leuven\u00a0van 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Voor de Cin\u00e9fondation kortfilmcompetitie waren er 1700 inzendingen van 320 filmscholen over de hele wereld.\u00a0 Voor het eerst is er ook een film van een Libanese school geselecteerd.<\/p>\n<p>De hoofdprijs van de Cin\u00e9fondation competitie is een uitnodiging voor de regisseur om met zijn volgende film in Offici\u00eble Selectie in Cannes te worden vertoond.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leni Huyghe is met haar film &#8216;Matteus&#8217; geselecteerd voor de Cin\u00e9fondation op het Filmfestival van Cannes.
