Dat maakte de organisatie zonet bekend. Naast TIFF Kids haalde &#8216;Rosie &amp; Moussa&#8217; ook selecties binnen voor het Canadese Festival International du Film pour Enfants de Montr\u00e9al (FIFEM)\u00a0en het Tsjechische Zl\u00edn Film Festival.\u00a0De wereldpremi\u00e8re van &#8216;Rosie &amp; Moussa&#8217; had het voorbije weekend plaats op het J.E.F. jeugdfilmfestival in Antwerpen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Rosie &amp; Moussa&#8217; is een verfilming van de gelijknamige verhalenreeks van auteur <strong>Michael De Cock<\/strong> en illustratrice <strong>Judith Van Istendael<\/strong>. De film begint bij Rosie die met haar moeder naar de andere kant van de stad verhuist, naar een nieuw appartementsgebouw waar ze Moussa leert kennen. Samen gaan ze tot op het dak, hoewel dat verboden is. Daar belooft Moussa aan Rosie dat hij samen met haar haar papa zal opzoeken in de gevangenis. Rosie wil niets liever dan haar vader en moeder weer bij elkaar brengen, maar zal dat ook lukken?<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Rosie &amp; Moussa | trailer | JEF\" width=\"618\" height=\"348\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0Vl8TNz1cgI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Rosie &amp; Moussa&#8217; is de derde speelfilm van Doroth\u00e9e van den Berghe, na<em> &#8216;My Queen Karo&#8217;<\/em> (2009) en <em>&#8216;Meisje&#8217;<\/em> (2002). De opnames vonden in de zomer van\u00a02017 plaats in Brussel. De hoofdrollen worden gespeeld door <strong>Savannah Vandendriessche<\/strong> en <strong>Imad Bojri<\/strong>, met bijrollen voor <strong>Ruth Beeckmans<\/strong>, <strong>Titus De Voogdt<\/strong>, <strong>Mourade Zeguendi<\/strong>, <strong>Katelijne Damen<\/strong> en <strong>Damiaan De Schrijver<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Savannah Vandendriessche\" width=\"618\" height=\"348\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/71CNKo0v4W4?start=96&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>vcx<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Rosie &amp; Moussa&#8217; is een productie van <strong>Helena Vlogaert<\/strong>, <strong>Bram Sterckx<\/strong> en <strong>Bo De Group<\/strong> voor Caviar. De film wordt internationaal vertegenwoordigd door de Canadese sales agent Attraction Distribution.<strong> Jan Vancaillie<\/strong> verzorgde de cinematografie, Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Dozo deed de montage en <strong>Christian Monheim<\/strong> het geluid. De film wordt van een soundtrack voorzien door de Brusselse muzikanten <strong>Le Motel<\/strong>, <strong>Zwangere Guy<\/strong> en <strong>T\u00e9m\u00e9 Tan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De internationale premi\u00e8re van&#8217;Rosie &amp; Moussa&#8217; zal plaatshebben op het Festival International du Film pour Enfants de Montr\u00e9al (FIFEM), waar de film in de offici\u00eble competitie speelt. Nadien gaat de film naar Toronto, waar hij kans maakt op de TIFF Kids Festival People&#8217;s Choice Award voor speelfilms.\u00a0De Belgische release van &#8216;Rosie &amp; Moussa&#8217; staat gepland op 28 maart.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Rosie &amp; Moussa&#8217; kwam tot stand met de steun van het VAF.
