Le festival honore autant l&rsquo;actrice et la chanteuse que la r\u00e9alisatrice pionni\u00e8re (<em>Yentl<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Le Prince des Mar\u00e9es<\/em>). En acceptant cet hommage, Barbra Streisand a rappel\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0<em>le cin\u00e9ma transcende les fronti\u00e8res et la politique<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, affirmant le pouvoir de l&rsquo;imaginaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Par ailleurs, Peter Jackson, le magicien de la Terre du Milieu, sera mis \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur lors de la\u00a0c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d&rsquo;ouverture le mardi 12 mai.
