Ze woont samen met haar vader Julien (Geert Van Rampelberg), een coach in het hoogspringen waar ze het goed mee kan vinden. Wanneer Julien ernstig ten val komt en in het ziekenhuis belandt, staat Yuna er alleen voor met haar oudere broer Kai.
