Actuellement forte d\u2019une e\u0301quipe d\u2019une dizaine de personnes, elle ne cesse de croi\u0302tre et est de\u0300s lors a\u0300 la recherche d\u2019un profil pour renforcer son de\u0301partement administratif et financier.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La personne prendra notamment en charge (liste non exhaustive) :<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Gestion journalie\u0300re des comptabilite\u0301s ge\u0301ne\u0301rale et analytique<\/li>\n
  • Suivi des cre\u0301ances avec les diffe\u0301rents coproducteurs<\/li>\n
  • Relations clients, fournisseurs et banque<\/li>\n
  • Mise en place d\u2019e\u0301che\u0301anciers de tre\u0301sorerie sur les diffe\u0301rentes productions<\/li>\n
  • Mise a\u0300 jour re\u0301gulie\u0300re des cost reports<\/li>\n
  • Relations avec les partenaires financiers (Tax shelter, fonds re\u0301gionaux, fonds europe\u0301ens, …)<\/li>\n
  • Suivi re\u0301gulier de l\u2019e\u0301ligibilite\u0301 des de\u0301penses des projets en cours<\/li>\n
  • Suivi RH (contrats, dimonas, fiches de paie, administration, …)<\/li>\n
  • Toutes autres ta\u0302ches administratives et comptables en soutien aux membres de l\u2019e\u0301quipe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Profil recherche\u0301 :<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Vous e\u0302tes diplo\u0302me\u0301.e en comptabilite\u0301 (ou e\u0301quivalent) et avez une expe\u0301rience de 3 ans minimum<\/li>\n
    • Vous e\u0302tes dynamique et re\u0301sistant.e au stress<\/li>\n
    • Vous aimez travailler en e\u0301quipe dans une entreprise familiale<\/li>\n
    • Vous maitrisez BOB50<\/li>\n
    • Vous maitrisez la suite OFFICE et EXCEL en particulier<\/li>\n
    • Vous maitrisez l\u2019anglais a\u0300 l\u2019oral comme a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301crit<\/li>\n
    • Vous e\u0302tes motive\u0301 et aimez apprendre en continu et sortir de votre zone de confort<\/li>\n
    • Vous e\u0302tes capable de vous remettre en question, d\u2019organiser des process et de les suivre<\/li>\n
    • Vous posse\u0301dez une excellente organisation<\/li>\n
    • Vous e\u0302tes capable de ge\u0301rer plusieurs projets en hie\u0301rarchisant les priorite\u0301s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
