En gros on a plein de savoir e\u0302tre, de savoir faire, et d\u2019outils.<\/li>\n<li>Les de\u0301fis : on veut plus de se\u0301re\u0301nite\u0301\/fluidite\u0301, se\u0301curite\u0301 financie\u0300re, ouverture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Le navire<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Charbon Cinema, a\u0300 Bruxelles : notre petit bijou feng-shui d\u2019e\u0301talonnage. Performant et agre\u0301able, mais bridant par sa taille<\/li>\n<li>Charbon Studio, a\u0300 Lie\u0300ge : la plus belle salle d\u2019e\u0301talonnage de Wallonie, au PIL, partage\u0301e avec des confre\u0300res<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019Imagerie, a\u0300 Luxembourg : notre offre de finition au grand duche\u0301, avec notre partenaire son.<\/li>\n<li>Charbon sur <a href=\"https:\/\/charbon.io\/imdb\">IMDB<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipage<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Michae\u0308l : l\u2019e\u0301talonneur \/ fondateur \/ post-producteur \/ de\u0301veloppeur \/ admin-syste\u0300me \/ facilitateur en intelligence collective&#8230; C\u0327a fait beaucoup de casquettes, et justement on cherche un Charbon plus le\u0301ger pour lui<\/li>\n<li>Sylvain : notre jeune e\u0301talonneur de Lie\u0300ge, en charge de notre studio au PIL. On cherche un Charbon qui le sur-sollicite moins et lui donne le temps de se re\u0301aliser en e\u0301talonnage.<\/li>\n<li>Audrick : notre jeune e\u0301talonneur de Bruxelles, en charge de notre studio de Forest. Notre dernie\u0300re recrue prometteuse, couteau suisse de post-production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Le poste<\/h4>\n<p>2 casquettes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Directeur\u00b7trice de post production : vous suivez au quotidien les projets en cours, le planning, et la gestion administrative. Vous pilotez, en coordination avec les e\u0301talonneurs et assistants de post- production, les diffe\u0301rentes e\u0301tapes de post-production, vous estimez les besoins des projets, vous conseillez les clients sur leur ligne de post-production, e\u0301tablissez les devis et les factures. Attention, vous succe\u0301dez a\u0300 E\u0301ric, les clients ont pris la bonne habitude d\u2019e\u0302tre chouchoute\u0301s.<\/li>\n<li>Ge\u0301rant\u00b7e de micro entreprise : le monde du cine\u0301ma est en perpe\u0301tuel bouleversement, et vous avez un temps d\u2019avance. En collaboration avec Michae\u0308l, vous nouez les partenariats, signez les contrats, cherchez les prestataires, conduisez les de\u0301veloppements ne\u0301cessaires pour que Charbon reste vivant et au top. Tout l\u2019administratif, c\u2019est pour vous, vous le ge\u0301rez vite et bien, et conservez du temps pour le reste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Vous<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Requis<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Profil d\u2019un.e pousse montagne<\/li>\n<li>E\u0301nergie : vous e\u0302tes une force de changement&#8230; et vous l\u2019avez de\u0301ja\u0300 montre\u0301<\/li>\n<li>Sang froid : vous re\u0301sistez au stress, vous parvenez a\u0300 hie\u0301rarchiser les priorite\u0301s, et a\u0300 pousser la\u0300 ou\u0300 il faut me\u0302me quand le monde entier essaye de vous en empe\u0302cher<\/li>\n<li>Rigueur et autonomie : sinon c\u0327a va prendre l\u2019eau tout de suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Souhaitable<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solide expe\u0301rience de la post-production cine\u0301ma et principalement de la ligne image (c\u2019est quasi un requis, mais si on croise un\u00b7e elfe qui a fait pas ou peu de cine\u0301ma, on a quand me\u0302me envie de le\u00b7la voir)<\/li>\n<li>Maturite\u0301 : E\u0302tre a\u0300 votre place au travail, dans le plaisir. Savoir dire non.<\/li>\n<li>Communication impeccable : les 4 accords tolthe\u0300ques + capacite\u0301s re\u0301dactionnelles + anglais. A\u0300 l\u2019aise avec les outils informatiques : Resolve, Adobe, bureautique.<\/li>\n<li>Capacite\u0301 a\u0300 s\u2019autoformer sur les logiciels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Vous@Charbon<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Volume : temps plein envisage\u0301, ame\u0301nageable au besoin<\/li>\n<li>Situation : poste base\u0301 a\u0300 Bruxelles ou Lie\u0300ge, pour partie en pre\u0301sentiel dans les studios, pour partie a\u0300 distance, a\u0300 convenir.<\/li>\n<li>Avantages : remboursement forfaitaire des frais de transport, che\u0300ques repas.
